Synopsis

Significant events, whether planned or unplanned, can influence our choices and lead us to different career directions. While positive events such as an earlier than expected promotion or an unexpected job offer could propel us towards our career goals, these opportunities often demand career adaptability for a successful transition.

 

In contrast, negative events such as obtaining a poor performance review or being laid off would disrupt our career paths and require us to be both adaptable and resilient.

 

Drawing on research, the Career Adaptability & Resilience   workshop aims to equip individuals with the ability to strengthen their career adaptability and resilience to empower them to embrace change, capitalise on opportunities, and navigate through various obstacles to achieve long-term career success and fulfillment.
